These terms govern your use of apps published by Maple Elegance Media Inc. (“Maple Elegance,” “we,” “us”), including Hush. By using our apps, you agree to these terms.

Use of our apps

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for their intended personal purpose, subject to these terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded them from.

Your content

Any information you enter into an app remains yours. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you record.

No medical advice

Where an app tracks health- or care-related information (such as Hush), it is a personal record-keeping tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the app store you purchased from, renew automatically unless cancelled, and are managed and cancelled through that store’s account settings.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maple Elegance Media Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes

We may update our apps and these terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
